It’s almost to simple for words. Cut a block of good feta cheese into one-inch cubes — our favorite is French feta.
With a ½ to ¾ cup of good, fruity EVOO, add finely sliced jalapeños, dried oregano and rosemary, and some lemon and orange zest. Pour over feta and refrigerate for 24 hours. Great with parmesan crackers.

If you don’t have a mini waffle maker, be sure to put it on your next Holiday gift list.
These little numbers make cheesy waffle snacks in minutes. Just sprinkle ½ cup of cheddar cheese on the waffle iron (preheated).
Shut the waffle maker and let cook for about 2–3 minutes. Remove and cool until you can flip it in half.
For some fun extras, add bacon, pickles, or try Monterey Jack cheese and slices of jalapeño for a spicy keto popper treat.
92 — Buffalo Chicken Zucchini Boats
If you have some leftover rotisserie chicken, this recipe is perfect for a good middle of the day keto snack or even lunch. Hollow out of zucchini by cutting it in half lengthwise and scraping out the seeds.
Fill with shredded chicken and Italian blend shredded cheese and sprinkle buffalo chicken wing sauce on top. Now just pop in a preheated 40⁰⁰ for about 30 minutes and top with thin slices of green onion and blue cheese crumbles.

Here’s an easy snack that you can throw in the air fryer for 7 minutes at 40⁰⁰. Just dredge some fresh green beans in a shallow bowl of whisked egg and roll in almond flour.
They will turn out crunchy and ready to be eaten plain with just a little sea salt or dipped in your favorite keto-friendly dressing.

Yes, you heard that right…chocolate mousse! With 7 grams of net carbs, this is on the rich side, but sometimes you just need something creamy and chocolatey.
The recipe is simple. Just add ½ cup of heavy whipping cream to 4 ounces of cream cheese and whip until it starts to get fluffy.
Then add ¼ cup of keto powdered sugar substitute, 3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla and mix together.
Pipe or spoon into two small bowls and you have a great keto snack for two.
99 — Hard Boiled Eggs
We are going to finish up with the absolute perfect keto snack — the hard boiled egg.
Self-contained, filled with healthy fat and protein and hardly any carbs. If you have an instapot (and doesn’t everyone these days), just cook on high pressure for six minutes (high altitude), let out the steam and you have perfect hard-boiled eggs.
